MailFlow Bulk Email Sender

MailFlow Bulk Email Sender is a web application that helps users upload Excel contact lists, select recipients, compose personalised email campaigns and send emails through their own Gmail account using secure Google OAuth.

Emails are sent only after the signed-in user reviews the campaign and explicitly clicks Send. The application requests Gmail send permission only; it does not read, modify or delete existing Gmail messages.

How MailFlow Bulk Email Sender works

  1. Connect your Gmail account securely using Google OAuth.
  2. Upload an Excel file containing Name and Email columns.
  3. Select all valid contacts or specific recipients.
  4. Choose a template and customise the subject and email content.
  5. Review the campaign and click Send.
  6. View and download the success and failure report.
